Winter is also at its best in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Seven ski areas with a total of 143 kilometres of pistes, 57 modern lifts and 106 kilometres of snow-covered pistes offer skiing fun at the highest level.
Cross-country skiing fans have 130 km of trails to choose from and away from the slopes it gets really romantic with tobogganing, sleigh rides, llama and torchlight hikes or a snowshoe hike in the winter wonderland.
